Micro dosing for bakeries and food industry
With Dosetec micro dosing system, dosing of small components is accomplished by accurately weighing the storage hopper (loss-in-weight) and transferring the materials by vacuum conveying directly into the hopper scale. Storage bins may be located on the floor, in one row, two rows or, e.g. in C formation. The bins can be filled from the floor-level conveniently.
The small component containers are attached to a dust removal system, which ensures a dustless environment. By not having dust and incompletely emptied bags in the production facilities, work safety is increased and the work environment becomes more pleasant.
